The Jadauwala’s offer 7 (seven) days return policy to every customer for products sold through the Platform.
For all returns made by any Customer within such 7 (seven) days, The Jadauwala’s will directly refund to the Customer, his/her entire money so paid for the Product.
For returning the product, customers have to inform The Jadauwala’s within 7 days from delivery and we will arrange the pick up or customer may deliver it to us.
If tampered or found used then return policy will not be applicable.
We must confirm the receipt of the product to process a refund to the customer. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
2% will be charged by The Jadauwala’s as processing charges.
Once the return goods are received by us and confirmed that it’s not tampered or used, after that amount will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 working days.
Return policies shall be applicable (In India) only for customers who make an online purchase for the Product through the Platform. If any customer purchases any Product directly from our physical store, then this return policy shall not be applicable for such purchase.
We are sorry but For now, there is no exchange policy if you buy products from our online store.
If a customer has placed an order but then wishes to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
Once we’ve heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your order, provided the goods have not been dispatched. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
If you are out of India and you cancel your complete order within fourteen days after the day your goods are delivered to you, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
